FAQ: AI Training for Business

You can get started with AI literacy training at any stage of your AI journey. However, research with clients has shown that AI literacy training is typically conducted during the early stages of AI implementation to help you embrace AI and maximise AI potential. This is mainly because more than technology AI is about people, hence organisational change is important to successfully embrace AI. Organisational change cannot happen overnight, behaviours are hard to change. Start early.

Yes, we provide AI literacy training to organisations that are new to AI.

While you may already be on your AI journey, providing AI literacy training offers several valuable benefits. Firstly, AI technology is constantly evolving, and staying updated with the latest advancements and trends is essential to maximise the potential of AI in your organisation.

Secondly, AI literacy training ensures a common understanding and language around AI within your organization. It helps align teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication. When everyone is equipped with a foundational understanding of AI concepts and principles, it becomes easier to integrate AI initiatives into various business functions and drive successful implementation.

Lastly, AI literacy training can help mitigate risks associated with AI adoption. It educates your team on ethical considerations, responsible AI practices, and potential challenges such as bias, privacy, and transparency.

We provide AI literacy training both online and offline, tailoring the approach based on the specific needs and preferences of our clients. This ensures flexibility and accessibility, allowing organisations to engage in the AI training process in a way that best suits their requirements and circumstances.

We provide assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program. These assessments help gauge the participants’ understanding of AI concepts and their ability to apply that knowledge. Additionally, we encourage feedback from participants to continuously improve and refine the training experience.

AI literacy training is beneficial for a wide range of roles and departments, including executives, managers, decision-makers, data scientists, developers, and non-technical staff. The training can be customized to cater to different skill levels and backgrounds, ensuring it is accessible and relevant to all participants.
