About Esdha

A Founders Journey to Demystifying Responsible AI

My journey to Esdha wasn’t a linear path — it was shaped by over 20 years of varied experience across roles in software development, research, design, and product management in both industry and academia. During this time, I found that small or big organisations often resisted AI adoption.

This sparked curiosity to delve deeper into the factors that drive AI adoption. Over the past six years, I have studied over 50 organisations and 110 real-world AI use cases to uncover these factors.

What I found was that AI resistance often stems from organisations lacking the necessary tools and skills to harness its potential, hence leading to 85% of failures. AI doesn’t fail due to its technology alone — it falters when rushed with a tech-first mindset, deployed without ethical considerations, or developed without a proper understanding of human or business needs.

This realisation led me to develop several practical, actionable frameworks, grounded in research. This became the foundation for Esdha.

At Esdha, responsible AI is not just a buzzword. We are committed to demystifying responsible AI by providing expert guidance and training, making it practical and easy to implement. Our approach ensures that the development of AI systems are compliant, inclusive, and high-performing.

My mission is to empower leaders, teams, and organisations to harness collective intelligence and embed responsible AI practices into every initiative, driving sustainable, long-term success.
